Practical class on the topic: «Prevention and suppression of administrative offenses at transport facilities», held in the framework of scientific and practical school of law

April 4, 2019 lecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities of the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major S. R. Kalipova held a practical lesson on the topic «Prevention and suppression of administrative offenses at transport facilities» for cadets, students, undergraduates, adjuncts, within the framework of the scientific and practical school of law participating in the international conference «Topical issues of modern science» in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan «Growth in prosperity of Kazakhstan’s people: increase in earnings and quality of life», dedicated to the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city, who arrived from Karaganda Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Almaty Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov, Kostanay Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev and Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia.

The class was conducted with the aim of expanding, deepening and consolidation of students knowledge on the legal status, organizational strength to build bodies of Internal Affairs on transport, the protection of public order and public security on transport, the development of skills of application of norms of administrative law for specific situations, and drafting legal documents.

The lesson was divided into two parts. The first part was held in the Assembly hall, where the lecturer told about the features of security at the facilities of water, air and rail transport. She cited the most common offenses and crimes committed at transport facilities, while students worked with the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative law violations, where the method of independent search of the necessary articles determined the qualification of an offense.

The second part of the lesson was held at a special transport range, where practical work was meaningful and active in the form of role-playing games. The object of the simulation were themselves trained as police squads to accompany the passenger train. Then the General introductory task concerning the offenses committed on transport on which they could give the correct decision was given and fill in the report on detection in the car by a patrol detail on maintenance of the passenger train of a corpse of the woman with signs of violent death. The materials on the incident were transferred to the landfill arrived is investigative-task force, which was made by the teachers of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics Institute, take over the following classes.
