\nWith welcoming speech appeared the head of scientific research organization and editing and publishing operations department of Aktobe Law institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police lieutenant colonel Aislu Kairlaevna Karimbaeva and temporarily in charge of the head of criminal process department of Rostov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Candidate of Juridical Sciences, police lieutenant colonel Nikolai Sergeevich Didenko.
