 <\/strong>June 17, 2017 on the sports ground of the ALI Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan  named  after  M. Bukenbaeva held a planned open session on the topic “Passage of the combined arms obstacle course” in the discipline “Physical Training”, which was conducted by the teacher of the Department of Military and Physical Training, police captain Duisembaeva D.A. among the cadets of the 1st year 101 study groups.<\/p>\n

During the lesson the following issues were considered:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. General physical training<\/li>\n
  2. Passage of obstacle course<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the preparatory part of the lesson, special running exercises were given, general development exercises in motion and on site.<\/p>\n

    In the main part, exercises were given for general physical training, where special running exercises were used. Then the cadets overcame the special obstacles on the obstacle course.<\/p>\n

    In the final part of the lesson, exercises were given on flexibility, breathing exercises for restoring the body in a calm state, as well as tasks for self-training. The goal of the lesson is achieved. The teacher developed criteria for assessing cadets, for which points were awarded. Cadets received comments on the correct overcoming of the obstacle course<\/p>\n
