On March 5, 2020 for the purpose of Patriotic\nand ideological education of students, the Department of General legal\ndisciplines organized and held a solemn event dedicated to the 75th anniversary\nof the great Victory and the 96th anniversary of the Hero of the Soviet Union\nMalkezhdar Bukenbaev. The event began with the laying of flowers by the Institute’s\nmanagement, the faculty of the Department and the students of the initial\ntraining at the grave of Malkezhdar Bukenbaev. The solemn event itself was held\nnear the monument to M. Bukenbaev on the territory of the Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event continued with the performance of the\nnational anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the laying of flowers to the\nbust of Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev. The memory of the War\nHero was honored with a minute of silence, after which the listeners of the\ninitial training passed in front of the monument with a solemn March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event continued in the Assembly hall of the\nInstitute, where the head of the Institute, police Colonel A.E. Kabduev,\nmade a memorable speech to the students of the training course, then a\ndocumentary about the life of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev\nwas shown to the students of the training course. After watching the movie with\nparting words were made by veterans S. R. Rzabekov, V.A. Syunyakov, T. U. Ilaikov the event ended with a closing\nremarks of the chief of the Department of law disciplines, police Lieutenant\nColonel A. K. Ibraeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this event is to honor the\nmemory of the Hero of the Soviet Union Malkezhdar Bukenbaev, a veteran of the\nsecond world war, and to educate young officers of the internal affairs bodies\nin the spirit of courage and heroism of our hero and to be worthy of his\nexploits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
