On\nMarch 12, 2020 Department of criminal law, criminal procedure and\ncriminalistics organized a lecture session with cadets of 201-205 study groups\nof the 2A course on the discipline \u00abCriminal procedure law of the Republic of\nKazakhstan\u00bb with the participation of a lawyer, a member of the Aktobe regional\nbar Association Delmanov Sisenbay Sarsembayevich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During\nthe lesson, the topic \u00abParticipants in criminal proceedings\u00bb was considered,\nwhere the invited specialist widely disclosed the types, concepts, and powers\nof participants in criminal proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nlecturer paid special attention to the judicial system, namely, the features of\nconsideration of cassation complaints in the Supreme court, the powers of the\ninvestigating judge, Prosecutor, defender and the role of mediator.\n\nDuring the lecture,\nthe audience showed a special interest in the examples given by the lecturer\nfrom practical activities, and at the end of the lecture, the lecturer answered\nthe questions asked.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
