According to the work plan of the curator, the\nlecturer of the Department of professional and psychological training, police Major\nT.E. Bisenova, held a training on team building on February 22,2020 in order to\noptimize the moral and psychological climate with the students of the 13th\nplatoon of special initial training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work carried out reflected the existing\nrelationships in the group, the nature of business cooperation, and the\nattitude to significant phenomena of life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the participants discussed issues of compliance\nwith the daily routine, the state of academic performance, and prevention of\nviolations of military discipline. At the end of the curatorial hour, the girls\norganized a congratulation of the male half of the platoon with the\npresentation of memorable gifts. Thus, in the training group, conditions are\ncreated that allow to consolidate positive manifestations in the relationship\nbetween students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
