February 1, 2020 in Aktobe Service center \u00abAntikor\nortalygy\u00bb the Agency for combating corruption jointly with the public fund \u00abFund of development\nof parliamentarism in Kazakhstan\u00bb held a training seminar \u00ab\u0410nti-corruption\nexpertise of draft normative legal acts\u00bb. The main goal of the seminar is to\nrestore the Institute of anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts of\nCentral and local authorities in the region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a welcoming speech: Galymbek Nurmukhanovich Dosanov\n\u2013 first Deputy head of the Department of the Agency for anti-corruption  in the Aktobe region, Saduakasova Saida Asetovna Director\nof filelocation of public administration under the President of Kazakhstan in\nAktobe region, Battalova Zauresh Kabylbekovna \u2013 President of the Foundation for the development of\nparliamentarism in Kazakhstan, freelance adviser to the Chairman of the Agency\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, Deputy of the Republican\nSpecial Monitoring Group of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on\nanti-corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop was attended by managers of the project\noffice \u00abAktobe \u2013 adaldyk alany\u00bb, members of the regional outreach of staff members of the Special\nmonitoring group at the Department, media representatives, professors and PhD\nstudents of universities, members of the public, practicing lawyers, from\nAktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev \u2013 head of OSRaEPWD police Colonel\nKarimbaeva Aislu  Kairlaevna. In total, more\nthan 50 listeners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the seminar, Zauresh Battalova elaborated on the\nimportance of conducting anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations for the\ndevelopment of our state. The participants were given detailed information\nconcerning the basic principles and systems expertise, equipment and targets,\nthe timing of the examination and the structure of the conclusion of\nanti-corruption expertise, content, transparency and accessibility of\ninformation. Also, the scientific Director of the Institute of free legislation\nof the Foundation for the development of parliamentarism in Kazakhstan, a\nmember of the Republican Special monitoring group, candidate of law, lawyer\nGabdualiev Mereke Tlekovich elaborated on the process of conducting\nanti-corruption expertise in practice. All students took an active part in\npractical classes. According to the organizers, this mechanism will allow to identify\nand eliminate possible corruption risks and conflicts at the stage of\ndevelopment of legislative and regulatory legal acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the event, all participants were awarded\ncertificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
