In order to familiarize with the practical activities of the specialized\nadministrative court of Aktobe city, raising the level of practice-based\nlearning and the formation of professional competencies, November 26, 2019, an associate\nProfessor of Administrative law and administrative activity Department of IAB\nof Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of\nKazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel L. S.Malanina was held a\npractical visiting lesson for students of the 5th platoon of the course of special\ninitial training on the discipline \u00abProfessional training\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants took part in court proceedings on consideration of\ncases on administrative offenses for disorderly conduct, unlawful acts in the\nsphere of family-domestic relations, drinking of alcoholic beverages or\nappearance in public while intoxicated, driving a vehicle driver in an alcohol\nintoxication, violations by drivers of traffic regulations, caused damage to\nvehicles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the court hearings, the meeting was organized with the\nChairman of the specialized administrative court of Aktobe Kalmukhambetov\nAmangeldy Kalezhanovich, during which he explained the features of the\nconsideration of cases of administrative offenses, noted the need to improve\nthe legal literacy of the population, including the active use of information\ntechnologies developing in the judicial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conducting this lesson was informative for students, they were able to\nunderstand the important points of administrative proceedings, clearly\nacquainted with the order of application in practice of the studied theoretical\nmaterial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This practice of conducting field practical training significantly\nincreases the efficiency of the educational process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
