A. Mendybaeva held an open seminar on a subject \u00abPsychology\nof professional communication and management of conflict situations in activity\nof IAB\u00bb. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In the\nintroductory part, the teacher acquainted with the topic of the lesson and the\nplan of its conduct, as well as explained to the cadets about the importance of\nthe psychology of professional communication and conflict management in the\nactivities of IAB. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>During the\nseminar session S. A.Mendybaeva widely used interactive teaching methods,\nslides, cited examples from practice, were selected situational problems of\ndifferent nature on the theoretical material. Students with interest answered\nquestions and actively participated in the lesson. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The goals\nand objectives of the lesson were fully realized. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Fascinating\nand active style of work of the teacher helped the students to fully reveal\ntheir abilities. The open seminar session received positive feedback from the\npresent faculty of the Institute.
