November 5, 2019 pursuant to the plan of the Department of GLD on the\nsubject \u00abFamily law of the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb assistant Professor of\nGeneral legal disciplines, police Colonel Z. Z. Nurysh for students of 2A\ncourse of 201-203 training  groups held\nan open lecture on the theme of \u00abAlimony obligations\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two theoretical questions were considered on this topic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.       Alimony obligations of parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.       Responsibilities of adult children for\nthe maintenance of parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the lesson \u2014 mastering the theoretical foundations of the\ncontent of family law and the mechanism, the consequences of their application,\nas well as familiarization with the actual problems of alimony obligations and\nacquisition of skills of practical application of family law, alimony\nobligations of subjects of family law, as well as to teach students to apply\ntheoretical knowledge and legal norms governing marriage and family\n(matrimonial) legal relations in practice in the process of solving specific\nproblems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the lecture presentation materials concerning the concept, system\nand tasks of family legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were\ndemonstrated. The demonstration of slides in alternation with the display of\nvideos contributed to the productive work of the cadets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In preparation for the lesson, methodological developments and\nmethodological recommendations for an open lecture session were used. The\nlecture session received positive feedback from the present faculty. The\npurpose of the lesson was achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
