On November 6, 2019 the staff of the Department of criminal procedure\nand criminalistics organized a meeting with the Chairman of the Aktobe regional\ncourt, candidate of Juridical Sciences Abdolla Saken Zhusipakhmetovich for\nstudents of special initial training.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting of the Chairman of the regional court with young lawyers\ntook place in the educational building of the Institute, which trains police\nofficers of the new format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, Saken Abdolla told the audience about the changes and\nachievements in the judicial system, explained in detail the changes in the\nlegislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the projects implemented in the\ncourts of the region, and their results, and also dwelt on the requirements for\ncandidates for judges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, S. Abdolla voiced the main provisions of the Address of the\nPresident of RK Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan \u00abConstructive\npublic dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan\u00bb. The\nChairman reminded that the Address is devoted to topical issues of ensuring the\nsafety of Kazakhstanis, effective feedback with the population, openness,\nqualitative consideration of citizens’ appeals by state bodies, taking measures\nto improve the quality of court decisions, ensuring equal conditions for\ncitizens in public legal disputes when appealing decisions and actions of\nbodies, toughening penalties for serious crimes against the person, systemic\nfight against corruption. In addition, the main provisions of the\nAdministrative procedural and procedural code were explained to the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Head of the Institute, police Colonel A. E. Kabduev expressed\ngratitude to the Chairman of the regional court for information and explanatory\nwork. The parties voiced the prospect of concluding a Memorandum on further\ncooperation, organizing the participation of cadets, students in open court\nsessions and holding an \u00abopen day\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summing up the results of the event, the Chairman of the regional court\nstressed the demand for competent specialists in the judiciary and the interest\nof the judicial system in improving the quality of knowledge of young lawyers.         <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
