October 30, 2019 faculty of full-time education in\ncollaboration with the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of Aktobe\nlaw Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M.Bukenbaev was invited by the investigating judge of the\nspecialized court of the Aktobe city Abdirov Askhat Amantaevich post with the\nreport: \u00abDiscussion on some aspects of the President’s address Kasym-Zhomart\nTokaev to the people of Kazakhstan\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. A. Abdirov explained about the Message of the\nPresident of the country Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev, in which it was noted about the\ncontinuity of the policy of Elbasy and the implementation of systemic reforms.\nHe stressed that it is necessary to proceed from the need for the full\nimplementation of the five institutional reforms and the national Plan\ndeveloped by Elbasy. Considerations are made about the implementation of common\ntasks, in particular its primitive platform.  \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. A.Abdirov noted in detail the second section of the\nAddress of the Head of state, dedicated to ensuring the rights and security of\ncitizens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the investigating judge was told about the\nimportance of the investigating judge in practice and his powers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the report, the cadets and the teaching staff\nwere asked questions of interest to them, mainly relating directly to the\nactivities of the investigating judge. On the future prospects of the\nInstitute, questions about the statistical data on the deposition of testimony,\nas well as a number of questions on the above report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event was attended by 2nd and 3rd year cadets,\nfaculty of the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, as well as\nstaff of the faculty of full-time education of the Ministry of internal affairs\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
