October 30, 2019 in the framework of the\nscientific-practical school \u00abLawyer\u00bb on the implementation of the cooperation\nagreement between Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev and Orenburg state\nUniversity conducted an international debate tournament among students on the\ntheme \u00abDeath penalty: pros and cons \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the beginning of the event, a welcoming\nspeech was made by the Head of the Department of organization of scientific-research\nand editorial-publishing work of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of\ninternal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, master\nof law, police Lieutenant Colonel A. K.Karimbaev\u0430. Where she wished all participants good luck and\nvictory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moderator of the tournament was senior\nlecturer Department of General disciplines of Aktobe law Institute of the\nMinistry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev,\npolice Major A. Zh.Zharashan, the jury: O. Yu.Kostenko \u2014 lecturer of Department\nof organization of judicial and procuratorial and investigative activities of\nthe Orenburg state University, master of law; A. A.Alimpiev \u2014 Deputy head of\nthe Department of criminal law and criminology of Aktobe law Institute of the MIA\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, police Lieutenant\nColonel; A.A.Aidarlinov \u2014 responsible for the organization of the SCP, district\ninspectors and their assistants of PD of Tselinograd district, police Major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To summarize made by the police Lieutenant\nA.A. Alimpiev, where he thanked all participants for their work in this\ntournament, praised the training of cadets and students and announced the\nwinners: 1st place went to the team of the Orenburg state University \u00abFemida\u00bb\nin the category the \u00abcaptain’s Cup\u00bb was won by the captain of the team of Aktobe\nlaw Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev \u00abBirlik\u00bb S.Zh.Abdrakhmanova, in the nomination \u00abBest\nspeaker\u00bb \u2014 team member of \u00abFemida\u00bb A. A.Mironov and a member of the team \u00abBirlik\u00bb\nA. S. Afanasyeva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All participants received certificates for\nparticipation, and the heads of the teams \u00abFemida\u00bb (E. I.Maksimenko) and \u00abBirlik\u00bb\n(A. Zh. Zharashan) \u2014 letters of thanks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
