October 24, 2019 According to the plan of organizational and practical\nmeasures of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, associate Professor of the\nDepartment of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Z.Z.Nurysh held\na meeting in ARSU named after K.Zhubanov with 2nd year students to explain the\nMessage of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev to\nthe people of Kazakhstan dated 02.09.2019 \u00abConstructive public dialogue \u2014 the\nbasis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan\u00bb. During the meeting, Z.Z.Nurysh\nshe made a report on the explanation of the Address of the President of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan, noting the topical issues of socio-economic development\nof the country and the task of further improving the welfare of Kazakhstanis.\nShe also stressed that in the Address a special place is given to the education\nsystem, namely the quality of higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

President Kassym-Zhomart Tokaev in his Address noted social support,\nensuring the rights and security of citizens, systematic fight against\ncorruption, employment of graduates and further development of volunteering. In\nconnection with the announcement of 2020 as the \u00abYear of the volunteer\u00bb, the\naim of which is to increase the participation of citizens, especially young\npeople, students and pupils in volunteer activities, to instill in them the\nskills of an active life position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the meeting Z.Z.Nurysh concluded that the Message of the\nPresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u00abConstructive public dialogue \u2014 the\nbasis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan\u00bb is a historical document for\nour state, a well-thought-out strategy that ensures not only the continuity of\npreviously set goals and objectives, but also the continuity of generations.\nTherefore, we need to take responsibility for explaining the Message among\nstudents, so that every citizen of Kazakhstan clearly understands the essence\nof the reforms and their importance for the country. Effective implementation\nof the Message requires consolidation of forces and high responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the participants discussed the improvement of the\neducation system, protection of children’s rights, as well as measures to\nsupport gifted children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
