October 24, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the international\nscientific-practical conference \u00abActual problems of disclosure and\ninvestigation of crimes\u00bb (via videoconference), organizer of which was the Ural\nlaw Institute of MIA of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a welcome speech by the acting head of Ural law Institute of MIA of\nRussia, PhD in law, associate Professor, police Colonel D. L. Kokorin, and from\nAktobe law Institute of MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev \u2014 the Deputy chief\nof Institute on scientific work, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police\nLieutenant Colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this event, the section \u00abForensic, criminal law and criminal\nprocedure aspects of disclosure and investigation of crimes\u00bb with reports from\nthe Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of\nKazakhstan.M. Bukenbaev were made by the senior teachers of the Department of\ncriminal process and criminalistics \u2014 master of law, Lieutenant Colonel of\npolice Chuprinyuk Natalia \u00abNovelties in the criminal procedure legislation of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan: features, efficiency and effectiveness\u00bb and police\nMajor Minaidarov Sagintai Mukhitovich \u00abForm of pre-trial investigation in the\ncriminal process of Russia and Kazakhstan\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also presented in this section were made by the representatives of the\nUniversity of internal affairs of Mongolia, Mogilev Institute of the MIA of the\nRepublic of Belarus, Kostanay Academy of MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after Sh.Kabylbaev, Barnaul law Institute of MIA of Russia and the East\nSiberian Institute of MIA of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and\nsituations, showed sincere interest in the topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up,\nproposals for further holding such events were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
