On October 23-24, 2019 on the territory of the Aktobe law\nInstitute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev, a training on international standards of law enforcement activities\nfor patrol police officers of city and district police departments was held. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training was conducted by Bulanikli Halit \u2014 regional delegate of the international Committee of the red cross for work with police and security forces (Ankara, Republic of Turkey), as well as regional representative of the International Committee of the red cross in Central Asia Mukhitdinova Zarifa (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan), responsible for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training covered the following topics: \u00abMandate and activities of the ICRC\u00bb, \u00abPolice Ethics\u00bb, \u00abPrinciples of P. L. A. N. (Proportionallty. Legallty. Accountability and Necesalty)\u00bb \u00abPrinciples of P. L. A. N. (Proportionallty. Legallty. Accountability and Necesalty \/ Proportionality. Legality. Responsibility and necessity)\u00bb, \u00abSearch and arrest\u00bb, \u00abArrest and judicial guarantees\u00bb, \u00abStudy and discussion of the example\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the Director of the Aktobe regional red Crescent society of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uderbai Nurlan Mergalievich delivered a lecture on \u00abActivities of the Aktobe regional red Crescent Society\u00bb and \u00abPrinciples of the red Crescent and red cross society\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end, the students from among the patrol police officers were awarded certificates for active participation in the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
