On October 21, 2019 according to the curriculum, as\nwell as within the framework of the implementation of the third direction of\nthe Roadmap for the modernization of IAB for the period 2019-2020, namely its\nthird direction, dedicated to practice-oriented training, teachers of the\nDepartment of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Lieutenant Colonel\nE. A. Tserkovnova and police Major Z. A. Mukhangalieva held a practical lesson\non the discipline \u00abTactical and special training\u00bb on the topic: \u00abPre-medical\ncare in emergency childbirth\u00bb. The lesson was held with the participation of\nobstetrician-gynaecologist of the Central district hospital of Alga \u2014 Mukhangalieva\nGulsum Orynbasarovna, who explained to the audience in an accessible form the\nalgorithm of first aid in emergency out-of-hospital births, as well as told\nabout urgent measures in relation to the newborn and the maternity hospital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expediency of carrying out such kind of occupations is\njustified by the recent tendency of growth of cases of emergency deliveries in\nvarious public places and on transport where often, the police officer appears\nthe only one who is capable and on duty is obliged to help the woman in labor\nbefore arrival of crew \u00abambulance\u00bb. Practical training, conducted in\nconjunction with medical professionals, contribute to the acquisition of future\npolice officers not only the necessary theoretical knowledge, but also the\ndevelopment of practical skills and abilities, as well as psychological\nreadiness to act in such situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
