October 22, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held jointly with the Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia international scientific-practical conference \u00ab\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Legal basis for the use by the police of Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan measures of direct coercion\u00bb (via videoconference).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a welcoming speech from the Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia, the\nDeputy head of the Academy on scientific work, doctor of Juridical Sciences,\nProfessor, police Colonel M. V. Bavsun, and from Aktobe law Institute of the MIA\nof RK named after M. Bukenbaev \u2014 the Deputy chief of Institute on scientific\nwork, candidate of Juridical Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel G. Zh. Suleimanova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this event, reports were made from the Omsk Academy of the MIA of\nRussia \u2014 Head of the Department of fire training, police Lieutenant Colonel D.\nV.Pivovarov \u00abTraining of police officers to actions related to the use of\nfirearms\u00bb, Deputy head of the Department of internal affairs in special conditions,\npolice Colonel A.M.Baranov \u00abFeatures of documenting the facts of the use of\nphysical force, special means and firearms\u00bb, associate Professor of the\nDepartment of internal affairs in special conditions, police senior Lieutenant M.\nA. Ogorodnikov \u00abActual problems of preparation of officers of\nlaw-enforcement bodies to interaction at application of physical force\u00bb, the\nassociate Professor of chair of fire training, police Lieutenant Colonel of E.\nV.Zaitseva \u00abRight to use of the weapon as an element of ensuring personal\nsafety of the police officer\u00bb. From Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of\ninternal affairs of the  Republic of\nKazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev made reports \u2014 Head of the Department of\norganization of research and editorial and publishing work, police Lieutenant\nColonel A. K. Karimbaeva \u00abLegal bases of use by employees of firearms and other\nweapons, special means and physical force\u00bb, chief specialist of the Department\nof organization of research and editorial and publishing work, police Captain D.K.\nKaratikenova \u00abProhibitions and restrictions related to the use of special means\nand firearms\u00bb, teacher-methodologist of the Department of monitoring and\nquality control of education, police senior Lieutenant G. A.Baikunakova \u00abForeign\nexperience in the use of special means and firearms and the possibility of its\nuse in the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants exchanged views, discussed current problems and\nsituations, showed sincere interest in the topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the event, the results of the conference were summed up,\nproposals for further holding such events were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
