M. Sugirbaeva on \u00abProtection of the rights of minors in the field of\nIAB\u00bb for students of the career development courses of the faculty of\nprofessional and additional education (juvenile police officers).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In the course of this event, novelties of\nadministrative and criminal legislation aimed at protecting the rights of\nchildren were considered; problems and ways of their solution arising from\nconcealment or failure to report to law enforcement agencies about the facts of\ncommitting offenses among students; the issue of prevention of offenses,\nneglect and homelessness among minors.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In addition, B. M. Sugirbaeva brought to the audience\nthe provisions of a number of state and sectoral Programs, Strategic and\nInterdepartmental plans that ensure the formation of the legal basis for the\nguarantees of children&#8217;s rights and the implementation of the state policy in\nthe field of protection of children from information that harms their health\nand development. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The event was held in the form of a dialogue, during\nwhich the juvenile police officers shared their practical experience and made\nproposals on improving the activities of the IAB in the field of protection of\nthe rights of minors.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Teacher-Methodist of PaAED<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>police Major <\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>V.
