Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic\nof Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev certain measures are being taken to\nimplement the main priority outlined in the Roadmap for the implementation of\nthe third direction, dedicated to practice-oriented training of cadets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 17, 2019, a senior lecturer of the Department of criminal procedure\nand criminalistics, police Lieutenant Colonel N.A. Chuprinyuk held a field practical\nlesson in court \u2116 2 of Aktobe city, within which the cadets took part in the\ntrial, where the offense under article 345 of the criminal code (Violation of\ntraffic rules or operation of vehicles by persons driving vehicles) was\nconsidered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the meeting judge Atybaeva Perizat Doszhanovna was held a lecture\non the theme: \u00abThe Jurisdiction of criminal cases. Proceedings in the court of\nfirst instance\u00bb. The judge explained to the cadets about the training of the\njudiciary in the framework of training of judges, the procedure for conducting\ntrials. At the end of the lecture, the students were asked additional questions\non the topic of the lesson, to which they received detailed and comprehensive\nanswers. The students got acquainted with the work of new information\ntechnologies introduced into the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
