Head of the Department of criminal process and criminalistics of Aktobe\nlaw Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev police Colonel N. T.Sakhanova, in accordance with the\nplan, on October 17, 2019 had a practical training in the discipline \u00abCriminal\nprocedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb on the theme \u00abEnd of the\npreliminary investigation\u00bb for the cadets of 2\u00abB\u00bb course of 201 training\nplatoon with the participation of the investigator with the PD \u2116 2 of Astana\ndistrict police Department of the city of Aktobe, police Captain Kulkeshev\nKuanysh Nurbayevich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the practical worker pointed out the objectives of operational\nforensic services of PD of Aktobe region, innovative forensic products in the\ndetection and investigation of criminal offences, the types of forms of\npre-trial investigation, as well as novelties of the criminal procedural law in\nthe field of proof. In addition, attention was focused on the investigation of\ncriminal cases in electronic format during the pre-trial investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lesson was held in a very lively and interesting form, the cadets\nreceived certain knowledge on the methods and patterns of tactics of conducting\nan inspection of the scene with the use of known and new technical and forensic\ntools and methods, also specific situational examples from the practice of the PD\nof Aktobe region on the use of evidence and types of investigative actions were\nconsidered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
