According to the plan of organizational and\npractical measures of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal\naffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev on October 16,\n2019, senior lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Major\nM. D.Tuleshev held a meeting in the economic and legal College of Aktobe with\nstudents of the 2nd year to explain the Message of the President of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokaev to the people of Kazakhstan dated 02.09.2019\n\u00abConstructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of\nKazakhstan\u00bb. During the meeting, a number of important decisions in the\nenvironmental, political and social spheres presented by the President of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokaev were announced. Thus, in the\nAddress on the issue of corruption, the emphasis in combating corruption is\nshifted to its prevention, combining the efforts of the state and society in\nminimizing corruption and eradicating everyday corruption in all spheres of\nstate power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the discussion of these issues, voiced in\nthe Message, students were asked their questions, which from the senior\nlecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Major Tuleshev\nMurat Davletbaevich received detailed, informative and exhaustive answers.
