On October 15, 2019 according to the plan of the Department\nwithin the discipline \u00abCriminal procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb, Head\nof the Department of criminal procedure and criminalistics, police Colonel N.\nT. Sakhanova on the topic \u00abCompletion of pre-trial investigation\u00bb for cadets of\nthe 2nd year of 201 training platoon held an open lecture session. Two\ntheoretical questions were considered on this topic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The concept and types of the end of the inquiry,\npreliminary investigation and Protocol form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Grounds and procedural procedure for the end of\npre-trial investigation with the preparation of the indictment and the termination\nof the criminal case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first part, the teacher acquainted with the\ntopic of the lesson and the plan of its conduct, and also told the students\nabout the importance of the end of the pre-trial investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the main part the presentation materials concerning\nthe concept, types and differences of forms of pre-trial investigation were\ndemonstrated. The demonstration of slides in alternation with the display of\nvideos contributed to the productive work of the cadets. The cadets watched the\nevents with interest, answered questions with pleasure and actively\nparticipated in the demonstration part. The lecturer voiced the points\nconcerning the novelties of the criminal procedure legislation and new forms of\npre-trial investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the preparation of the lesson, the methodical\ndevelopment and methodical recommendation of the open-lecture session were\nused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture session received positive feedback from the present faculty.\nThe objective of the exercise was achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
