On October 8, 2019 within the framework of the program of the Ministry\nof internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on giving the educational\nprocess a practical orientation, the Department of criminal procedure and\ncriminalistics, together with specialists and volunteers of the Aktobe regional\nbranch of the red Crescent Society, organized and conducted tactical exercises\nin a competitive form. The direct participants of the exercises were students\nof courses of special initial training, for the first time entering the IAB for\nthe positions of ordinary, Junior and middle commanders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For participation in competitions from among listeners 5 teams were\nformed: 1 \u2014 \u00abRescuer\u00bb, 2 \u2014 \u00abArlan\u00bb, 3 \u2014 \u00abSunkar\u00bb, 4 \u2014 \u00abJaguar\u00bb, 5 \u2014 \u00abSheriff\u00bb.\nThe judges of this event were volunteers of the Aktobe regional branch of the\nred Crescent Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the scenario of the exercise, 5 situational zones (accident\nsites) were organized, namely: \u00abTrain\u00bb, \u00abPlane\u00bb, \u00abRoad accident\u00bb, \u00abShop\u00bb,\nstation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), where it was necessary to\nprovide assistance to victims with various types of injuries and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of the five teams consistently worked out their known methods of\nproviding pre-medical care in each of the proposed situations, while the judges\nnoted and commented on the mistakes made, put each team an assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the competition, the judges made a collegial scoring and\ndistributed prizes, awarded diplomas and prizes to the winners. The first place\ntook the team \u00abSquad\u00bb, consisting of: R.Utegenova, A.Sansyzbaev\u0430, A.Shalyg\u0430, M. Zhanguzhinova, A.Murtieva. Second place the team \u00abSunkar\u00bb consist\nof: R.Duldasheva, T.Taldybaeva, B.Temirkhanova, E.Akimzhanova, D, Meirbekova\nThird place took the team \u00abSheriff\u00bb, consisting of: D.Kulkeeva, B. Kerimova, K.\nBasarieva, E.Zhigerbaeva, G.Rakisheva the other participants received\nconsolation prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the leadership of the Institute by the Department of\ncriminal procedure and criminalistics to the employees of the Aktobe regional\nbranch of the red Crescent Society \u2014 E. A. Diyarov, M. K. Myrzabay, N.\nKurmanbay, G. A. Ayapova, A. A. Diyarov were awarded letters of thanks for the\norganization of such a large-scale, interesting and informative event. The\nvolunteers were also presented with sweet prizes and words of gratitude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to good organization, diligence and skill of the volunteers,\nimitating the victims and to the professionalism of the instructors GST,\ntournament participants and fans were able to appreciate and experience the\nwhole range of feelings, emotions, experiences and responsibility when making\ndecisions in extreme situations, because the life and health of the victim\ndepends on how the future police officer prepared theoretically and able to\nprovide first medical and psychological assistance. Legal education and legal\nculture are the essential qualities of a modern police officer-a \u00abnew format\u00bb\npolice officer, but he must also possess well-known human qualities, because in\nthe profession it is not permissible to forget about a person who needs not\nonly protection, but also timely emergency assistance in any situation and\nunder any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
