On 26 and 27 September 2019, Nur-Sultan hosted a roundtable within the\nframework of the national dialogue \u00abProtection of the rights of migrants and\ncounteraction human trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb in which work\ntook part participation and made a report on the problems of youth migration\nDeputy Head of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs named\nafter M.Bukenbaev, police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The national dialogue is a project of the US agency for international\ndevelopment (USAID) \u00abDignity and rights\u00bb realized by the International\norganization for migration (IOM)\/UN agencies for migration in the Republic of\nKazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 26 the roundtable was divided into several sections on\ndevelopment of recommendations for the working group: on the draft law \u00abOn\namendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan\non regulation of migration processes\u00bb; protection rights of migrants to assist\nand protect victims of trafficking in Kazakhstan: on access ethnic migrant\ninternally displaced persons tj public servces in the Republic of Kazakhstan,\naccess to health services for migrants and issues of good faith employment and\nresponsibility employers in protection of the rights of migrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 27 with opening remerks and a brief overview of the changes\nin areas of policy legislation and law enforcement practice the Deputy of\nMazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the\nCommittee-cultural development \u041cusyrman \u041aaribai Imanzhanuly spoke in the field of migration and\ncombating human trafficking, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of labor, social\nprotection and migration (MLSPM of RK) Raiganiyev Yerlan Telmanovich, IOM national programme\ncoordinators Belonosova Aliya and Zhasymbekova Svetlana, from the society of\nwomen spoke Syzdykova Saltanat Yeleusizovna (Kyzylorda c.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also with the presentation of recommendations from the participants of\nthe first day National dialogue on the protection of the rights of migrant\nworker and countertrade people spoke Natalya Fedorovna Iskhakova \u2014 PF \u00abDaris\u00bb\nof Aktobe city, Tarabukina Oksana \u2014 CS \u00abKaisar\u00bb of Temirtau town, Tabiltai Ainur \u2014 CS \u00abCenter of\nadaptation of repatriates\u00bb of Semei city, Orlova Alina \u2014 CS \u00abCenter of women\nsupport of Petropavlovsk city\u00bb, Kosyuk Nina CF \u00abDamytu\u00bb of Kostanay city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dialogue platform ended with the results and memorable photographing of\nthe participants of this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
