Today, no one needs to be convinced that the native language is both a\nculture and a way of thinking, and their diversity is a great asset of mankind,\nits most significant heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, on September 26, 2019 within the week of languages\non the basis of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held a roundtable on the\ntheme: \u00abLanguage is support of people\u00bb which was made by the Department of\nGeneral education disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The form of the event was not chosen by chance. The\ndiscussion within the framework of the roundtable allowed to exchange views,\nclarify each other’s positions, discuss the designated topic within the\nframework of civilized communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event was attended by: the teaching staff of the\nInstitute, associate Professor of Aktobe regional state University named after\nK. Zhubanov, candidate of philological Sciences N. A.Saduakas, Deputy Chairman\nof the organization of the international society of Kazakh language in the\nAktobe region, honored journalist of Kazakhstan, excellence in information of\nRK \u2014 Zh. Zh.Kabakbaev, Head of Department of state language and information of\nALI MIA of RK named after M. Bukenbaev \u2014 Zh. B. Nurmuhambetova, associate\nProfessor of Aktobe University named after S. Bayshev, candidate of\nphilological Sciences M. K. Amangazieva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the \u00abRoundtable\u00bb the work was based on the\nprinciples of activity, partnership communication; concentration of presence;\nfeedback; method of work \u2013 the method of group discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussion resulted in conclusions and\nrecommendations that contribute to the preservation of the language:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The presence of writing and literary tradition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Language learning in schools, at least as an\noptional subject, the availability of language courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Motivation of native speakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In such a situation, in our opinion, only a properly\nplanned and actively implemented language policy will today increase the\neffectiveness of the efforts of language communities aimed at the full\nmaintenance or revival of their native languages for transmission to future\ngenerations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
