Bukenbaev takes certain\nmeasures to implement the main priorities outlined in the Roadmap for the\nimplementation of the third area, devoted to practice-oriented training for\nstudents of the institute.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>July 19, 2019 Professor of the Department of\nadministrative law and administrative activities of the Department of Internal\nAffairs, police Major Utegenov Ch.K. a practical lesson was held for students\nof special initial training of the faculty of professional and additional\neducation on the topic &#8220;Forms of traffic regulation: traffic signals and\ntraffic controller&#8221;, with the participation of inspectors of the battalion\nof the patrol police of Aktobe, police Lieutenant Zh.D. Kaliev and senior\npolice sergeant A.K.Kudaibergenov. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The purpose of this event is to directly familiarize\nstudents with the practical activities of the patrol police, increase the level\nof practice-oriented training and the formation of professional competencies.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>During the lesson Zh.D.&nbsp;Kaliev and A.K.Kudaibergenov,\nusing a simulated autopolygon, clearly demonstrated to the audience the traffic\ncontroller\u2019s signals stipulated in clause 5.10 of the \u201cRules of the road\u201d of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan: \u201cHands extended or lowered\u201d, \u201cRight hand extended\nforward\u201d, \u201cHand raised up\u201d and explained their meanings.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In addition, officers of the patrol police battalion\nshared practical experience in ensuring the protection of public order and the\nsafety of citizens, acquainted them with the procedure and features of compiling\nprotocols on administrative offenses in electronic format, and also explained\nthe operation of the Unified Register of Administrative Offenses.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In the final part of the practical lesson, the\nstudents asked interesting questions on the topic of the lesson, to which they\nreceived comprehensive answers.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Professor of <\/strong><strong>ALaAA of IAB<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>police <\/strong><strong>M<\/strong><strong>ajor<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Ch.
