In order to directly familiarize with the practical\nactivities of the specialized administrative court of Aktobe, improve the level\nof practice-oriented training and the formation of professional competencies\nJuly 17, 2019 a lecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative\nactivities of the IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major V. V.\nHasanova was devoted to hands-on field trip for students 5 and 7 platoons of a\ncourse of initial vocational training on the subject \u00abProfessional training\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the training, the students visited the\nspecialized administrative court of Aktobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the classes the students attended the meetings\nchaired by judges       D. B. Khamieva,\nM. T. Toibazar and A. D. Djukbayeva for consideration of cases on\nadministrative offenses for disorderly conduct; illegal actions in the sphere\nof domestic relationships; intentional infliction minor injury to health; the\ndrinking of alcoholic drinks or emergence in public places in an intoxicated\ncondition; control the vehicle by the driver in a condition of alcoholic\nintoxication; violation by drivers of traffic regulations, caused damage to\nvehicles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, a meeting with the Chairman of the\nspecialized administrative court of Aktobe A. K. Kalmukhambetov was organized\nfor the listeners, where he explained the peculiarities of the consideration of\ncases of administrative offenses, noted the need to improve the legal literacy\nof the population, including the active use of information technologies\ndeveloping in the judicial system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrying out this lesson was informative for students,\nthey were able to understand the important points of administrative\nproceedings, clearly acquainted with the order of application in practice of\nthe studied theoretical material. In addition, the practitioners provided\npractical and methodological assistance in the training of students, which\nsignificantly increases the efficiency of the educational process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
