In order to implement the priority outlined in the\nRoadmap for the implementation of the third direction, dedicated to\npractice-oriented training of students, July 10, 2019 lecturer of the Department of ALaAA of IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major, V.V. Khasanova was devoted to hands-on field trip for listeners of the 5th and 7th\nplatoons of the special course of initial training on the subject \u00abtraining\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the framework of the sessions the participants\nattended the reception and the police Department of Aktobe city. In the course of\nthe lesson police receiver-distributor of Aktobe police Department, police\nSergeant A.K. Suingariyev acquainted the listeners with the procedure\nand organization of the receiver-distributor of the internal affairs bodies,\nregulated by the order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 23, 2011 \u2116 233 \u00abOn\napproval of the Rules of the organization of receivers-distributors of internal\naffairs\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further A.K. Suingariyev explained the order, terms, the bases of the\nroom and the contents of the persons who do not have a certain residence and\n(or) the documents proving the identity, and also identification with the\nwanted persons who have committed crimes, hiding from bodies of inquiry,\ninvestigation and court, missing and the subsequent transfer to the relevant\nbodies and organizations; order of support of the mode in the\nreceiver-distributor providing safety of the containing persons and excluding\npossibility of their unauthorized leaving; conditions of rendering of medical\naid contained persons and especially women with children, foreign nationals and\nindividuals without citizenship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end, the listeners were asked questions to the police receiver-distributor\nof the Aktobe police Department on the topic of the lesson, to which they\nreceived comprehensive answers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
