From 26 to 28 June, was held a training seminar on \u00abTransformational\nleadership in a changing world\u00bb, organized jointly with the branch of the\nAcademy of public administration under the President of the Republic of\nKazakhstan in Aktobe region, within the framework of the signed Memorandum of\ncooperation. During the seminar, the heads and Deputy departments of the\nterritorial Police departments and the leadership of the Aktobe law Institute\nof the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after\nM. Bukenbaev were trained in four basic educational modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– strategic management and leadership;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– communication management;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– future competences;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– project management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day of the seminar was held on the basis of\nAktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev. In the format of motivational conversations and\ntraining were lecturers: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

R. A.Yesbergen \u2013 associate Professor of the branch of the\nAcademy of public administration under the President of the Republic of\nKazakhstan in Aktobe region, candidate of economic Sciences on \u00abStrategic and\nprogram documents of the country: new approaches to implementation\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E.K. Balymov \u2013 Head of the Department of\nadministrative law and administrative activity of the Department of Internal\nAffairs of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, police Major with the theme \u00abFocus\non results and principles of customer focus on the public service of law\nenforcement agencies\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. M.Saitbekov \u2013 Head of the Aktobe law Institute of\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev,\ncandidate of juridical Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel with the theme \u00abModernization\nof public service law enforcement agencies\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zh. \u0410. Zhukaeva \u2013\nsenior lecturer of the Department of General subjects of Aktobe law Institute\nof the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after\nM. Bukenbaev, police Major with the theme \u00abSocial conflicts in society\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next two days were held on the basis of the branch\nof the Academy of Public administration under the President of the Republic of\nKazakhstan in Aktobe region, where in the form of trainings and interactive\ndiscussions were made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A. Berlibay with the theme \u00abBrand of the organization\nin social networks. Storytelling in social networks\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K. T. Kuanzhanova \u2013senior lecturer of the Academy of\npublic administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in\nAktobe region, doctor of philosophy and A. F.Sattarova \u2013 Head of the Department\nof General education of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, candidate of\npedagogical Sciences, police Colonel with the theme \u00abRole of effective\ncommunications in ensuring public satisfaction\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Z. U. Imzharova \u2013 Head of the Central Institute of\nadvanced training of Aktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov,\ncandidate of pedagogical Sciences with the subject \u00abPublic speaking: psychology\nof communication\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After discussing the theoretical properties of the\ntraining participants were given the task to develop projects in these areas.\nThe Commission consisting of the Deputy head of the Department of the Agency of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption in\nAktobe region Rafhat Toleugalievich Bisenov, Director of the branch of the\nAcademy of public administration under the President of the Republic of\nKazakhstan in Aktobe region Saduakasova Saida Asetovna, Deputy head of the\nDepartment of personnel policy of the PD of Aktobe region, police Major\nZhumabek Talant Tileubekuly, Deputy head for academic affairs of the Aktobe law\nInstitute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev, police Colonel Suleimanova Galiya Zhanabekovna evaluated\nwork. Each of the members of the Commission expressed their views on the\nmodules they liked, gave proposals on all the protecting projects. Galiya\nZhanabekovna, in turn, noted the creativity and relevance of the project of the\nDeputy head of the migration police Department, police Lieutenant Colonel M. H.\nNazarov, and invited the working group of the research theme of the Institute \u00abState-legal\nbasis of migration and migration issues\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the seminar, all participants were\nawarded certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
