In order to implement the priority outlined in the\nRoadmap for the implementation of the third direction, dedicated to\npractice-oriented training of students, June 26, 2019 teacher of the Department\nof ALaAA of IAB of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev police Major V.Khasanova\nwas devoted to hands-on field trip for students of 5 and 7 platoons of a course\nof initial vocational training on the subject \u00abProfessional training\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the training, the students visited a\nspecial reception for persons arrested in the administrative order of the\nAktobe police Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, the Head of the special receiver\nfor persons arrested in the administrative order of the police Department of\nAktobe city, police Major K. A. Nysanov acquainted the listeners with the\nprocedure and organization of the special receiver of internal affairs,\nregulated by the order of the Minister of internal affairs of the Republic of\nKazakhstan dated May 23, 2011 \u2116 232 \u00abOn approval of the Rules of the\norganization of special receivers of internal Affairs\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, K. A.Nysanov explained the procedure for\nensuring the regime in special receivers; the grounds and features of the\npremises and detention of persons subjected to administrative arrest; the\nregime of the day of arrested persons; the organization of the duty of the\nreceiver; the conditions for the provision of medical care to detainees in\ncompliance with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules on the territory\nof the facility; as well as the rights and duties of the duty officer at the\nspecial receiver and arrested persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the process of placing persons on\nfingerprinting and photo records with an explanation of the causes and\nconditions was clearly demonstrated.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end, the listeners asked questions to the Head\nof the special receiver for persons arrested in the administrative order of the\nAktobe police Department on the topic of the lesson, to which they received\ncomprehensive answers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
