In the period from 17 June to 22 June, 2019 lecturers\nof the Department of criminal process and criminology police Lieutenant Colonel\nM. S. Kumakbaeva, and lecturer of the Department of General disciplines, police\nMajor S. A. Mendybaeva  were trained at\nthe career development courses which were held at the Karaganda Academy of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.\nBeisenov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the process of training, teachers got acquainted\nwith the american teaching methodology \u00abinverted class\u00bb, the theory of the\nexperiment of training, the rules of application of psychological techniques\nand arguments when working with students. We have learned new innovative\nmethods of training in the form of business games and communicative management,\nmanagement theory and practice. In addition, they acquired skills in computer\nprograms \u00abPresi.com\u00bb and \u00abMoodel\u00bb. Particular attention was paid to the methods\nand forms of training of students of special initial training courses on the\nnew format of training of police and highly qualified specialists, in demand in\nthe market and able to make decisions within professional competencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, on 20 June 2019 took part in the online\nlectures conducted by a Professor of constitutional and international law of\nthe Barnaul law Institute of the MIA of the Russian Federation, candidate of\nlaw A. G.Sorokina on the topic: \u00abThe methodology of the lecture classes\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

June 21, 2019 was held a quest for students in the\nframework of the career development courses, aimed at eliminating the problems\nof teaching methods of cadets in the form of a game, solved many problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, methodologists of the faculty of advanced\ntraining organized an excursion to the Museum of Karaganda Academy of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.\nBeisenov, having a half-century history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training helped to improve the level of\nprofessional pedagogical competence, acquire new skills and broaden horizons.\nThe teaching staff from among doctors and candidates of Sciences shared their\npractical experience and knowledge, which will be used in practice in the\nfuture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
