In the period from 27 to 30 May 2019 in Aktobe law\nInstitute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev there was the training fee for faculty: \u00abImproving\nmethods of teaching\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To determine what should be the policeman of the new\nformat, what forms and methods of training should be used to achieve the objectives\n\u2013 these and other questions posed to PPS by the \u041dead of the Institute, candidate of juridical sciences\npolice Colonel A. M.Saitbekov, was discussed at a gathering of lecturers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants of the meeting were offered a new\nformat of its conduct \u2013 instead of the usual reproductive methods, when the\nlecturer presents his vision of the problem to the audience, and then asks\nquestions to consolidate the material, teachers participated in trainings,\nexercises, business and role-playing games, which will allow them to further\norganize such forms of training in their disciplines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a teacher baggage shared by experienced lecturersof\nthe Institute, police Colonels A. F.Sattarova, Zh. M.Yesmambetova, S. M. Musin,\npolice Lieutenants E. K.Karataev, A. A. Salimov, police Major A. A.\nSagintayeva, D. S. Mukanova, police Captain R. B. Moldybaeva etc. participants\nworked with case studies, simulated various situations of pedagogical\nconflicts, practiced the skills of public speaking, improve diction and psycho\n(facial expressions, gestures, posture, gait, appearance, smell, manner and\nstyle of communication etc. \u2013 all this has a strong influence on the perception\nof the teacher by students).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of academic mobility,\nrepresentatives of the Military Institute of Air Defense Forces after T.\nBigeldinov \u2013Docent of the Department of humanitarian disciplines, candidate of\npsychological sciences N.I. Raskolodko and lecturer of social humanitarian\ndisciplines G. N.Muhidinova, which explained the rules and possibilities of\ntraining in the form of trainings, shared methodological techniques of\nactivization of informative interest of students, gave advice on the\nestablishment of contact with students. Communication of guests with the\naudience took place in an interactive form, which aroused professional interest\nand found a positive response of the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the Head of the Center for continuous\nprofessional development of West Kazakhstan medical University named after M.\nOspanov candidate of medical sciences A. R.Kashkinbayeva gave a speech to the PPS.\nWith the participants of the meeting discussed the need for feedback from the\nteacher to the student, which will not only assess the knowledge, but also will\ncontribute to further self-development, self-education of participants in the\npedagogical process. On the example of feedback techniques \u00ab3-1-1\u00bb, \u00abSandwich\u00bb\nlecturers of the Institute have worked out the skills of interactive\ncommunication, which will be used in training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
