May 28, 2019\nChairman of the special investigative court of the Aktobe city M.K. Duysen\ntogether with the teachers of the Department of criminal procedure and\ncriminology of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev was held a\nlecture on \u00abInvestigating judge and his powers\u00bb for the cadets of the\nInstitute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of\nthis event was to familiarize future officers of the internal affairs bodies with\nthe work of the investigating judge, as well as with frequently encountered in\npractice problematic issues in the pre-trial investigation and ways to solve\nthem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the\nevent, the Chairman of the court M. K.Duysen drew the attention of the cadets\nto the need for strict compliance with the law, starting with the initial stage\nof pre-trial proceedings. \n\nThe meeting caused a\nlively discussion among the participants and left positive emotions. Cadets\nexpressed gratitude for the organized lecture and wished success in work for\nthe benefit of our great Motherland \u2013 the Republic of Kazakhstan.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
