April 18, 2019 Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev took part in the plenary\nsession of the international scientific and practical conference on \u00abActual\nproblems of law and the state in the XXI century\u00bb, held by the Ufa law\nInstitute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy chief for academic affairs, candidate of legal Sciences,\nassociated Professor, police Colonel Terekhov Alexey Yurievich made an opening\nspeech from the Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants of the conference were the faculty of the Ufa law\nInstitute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Bashkir Academy of\npublic service and management under the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan,\nrepresentatives of the constitutional court of the Republic of Bashkortostan,\nthe Eastern economic and legal humanitarian Academy, the Karaganda Academy of\nthe Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after\nBarimbek Beisenov, the Institute of law of the Bashkir state University, the\nAcademy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Omsk Academy of\nRussia, Bashkir state pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, Ministry\nof Internal Affairs Academy of the Republic of Belarus, Barnaul law Institute\nof MIA of Russia, Voronezh Institute of MIA of Russia, Moscow University of the\nMIA of Russia and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan named after Malkedzhar Bukenbaev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this plenary session such questions as: about compliance of the\ncriminal legislation of Russia to the international legal standards in the\nsphere of counteraction of corruption; criminal deviation: concept, distinctive\nfeatures, a modern state; actual problems of protection of the right to\nintellectual property; speech communication in professional activity of the\nlawyer; norms with administrative prejudice and criminal acts, their ratio; the\nmodified risk factors of development of diseases at police officers \u2013 a\nnutrition factor were considered; about problems of production of new types and\nkinds of judicial examinations by non-state forensic organizations; procedural\nand moral features of production of judicial examination in trial on affairs of\nminors; quickly-search discretion: statement of a problem; about a role of\ninformation and work in legal education of officers of internal affairs bodies;\ncyber law in the mechanism of legal regulation of public relations in modern\nRussia; development of the criminal procedural legislation of the Republic of\nKazakhstan and etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
