In order to improve the efficiency of educational\nactivities of the institution aimed at training highly qualified specialists\nfor the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the\nnational credit mobility program for the exchange of experience between the\nteaching staff of Universities, in the period from 13 to 27 March 2019, senior\nlecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant\nColonel Zina Zinelkyzy Nurysh was sent to exchange experience as a lecturer in\nthe disciplines of \u00abCivil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (special part)\u00bb and \u00abFundamentals\nof research\u00bb at the Department of \u00abJurisprudence\u00bb of Aktobe regional state\nUniversity named after K. Zhubanov. So, on March 15, 2019 acquaintance with the\nteaching staff of the Department of \u00abJurisprudence\u00bb and students of 201 study\ngroups of the 2nd course took place. Within the framework of which a seminar was held on the subject\n\u00abCivil law of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan\u00bb on \u00abContract of carriage\u00bb. In accordance with the\nworking curriculum of the discipline, the main provisions of the topic were\nanalyzed and under the record the students were given carefully selected brief\ninformation, students with interest and understanding accepted the information\nsubmitted. At the training session were given the normative legal acts of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil code, were used visual, laboratory,\npractical, graphic and training methods, as well as demonstration of lecture\npresentations and illustrations. The plan of the training session included the\nsolution of situational issues in the field of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 18, 2019 was held lecture session for students of 201,202,203 study\ngroups of 2 course on the\nsubject \u00abCivil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part)\u00bb on \u00abContract of carriage\u00bb, which dealt with\nthe following 3 issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The concept and types of contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Contract elements in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.The content of the contract. Gratuitous use of property\n(loan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 19, 2019 senior lecturer of the Department of General legal disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Z. Z. Nurysh took part in the round table on \u00abIssues of judicial protection of human rights and freedoms\u00bb of the Department of \u00abJurisprudence\u00bb, organized by senior teachers of the Department, masters of law A. Bekbauova and L. A. Mursalova. The purpose of the round table was to inform students about the main changes in the legislation of criminal procedure in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Also, the future lawyers were explained in detail the Criminal procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determining the order of execution of other measures of criminal law. At the end of the round table it was noted that students majoring in \u00abJurisprudence\u00bb in the future, you can prepare a thesis on current topics of criminal procedure law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March 20, 2019 Z. Z. Nurysh participated in curatorial hour of the 204 study group of 2 course of curator E. I. Isinbaeva on the theme \u00abPrevention of crime\u00bb. The purpose of the educational hour was to improve the legal literacy of future lawyers, familiarization with the signs of offenses and crimes, familiarization with the rights and duties of young people, with the practice of theory and legal \u0441hronicles in everyday life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students of Aktobe regional state University named after\nK. Zhubanov prepare for training sessions independently, conscientiously and\nresponsibly. In accordance with the credit system of education at the\nUniversity, the educational process is carried out on the basis of lectures,\nseminars and tutorials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the ongoing trainings carried out by Z. Z. Nurysh was attended representatives of the Department \u00abJurisprudence\u00bb: E.\nI. Isibaev, A. Bekbauov,\nL. A. Mursalova, A. S. Smagulova and head of the Department A. K. Nurlin, where they\nexpressed their positive feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
