FOREVER IN\nTHE RANKS…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the Minister of Internal Affairs,\npolice major General Yerlan Turgumbayev, on April 5, 2019, in the secondary\nschool of Karabastau village, Zhanabazar settlement, Kazygurt district of\nTurkestan region, a class of initial military training named after police\nLieutenant Rakhmatullayev Meyrambek Nurdillaevich, who died heroically in the\nline of duty during the terrorist act in Almaty in July 2016, was opened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feat of our colleague is\nmarked by the Minister of Internal Affairs as a symbol of fidelity to a duty,\ncourage of defenders of a law and order, an example for present police\nofficers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative to open this\nclass in tribute to their graduate Rakhmetullayev Meyrambek was shown by Aktobe\nlaw Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev,\nin order to teach the younger generation of Patriotic attitude to the Homeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The question of giving the name\nof the deceased officer was supported by akim of Aktobe region Ondasyn\nOrazalin, who was sent a petition for the opening  a class in the small Homeland of the hero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative was\nenthusiastically supported by the leadership of the high school Karabastau, in\nthis connection, we express our gratitude to the principal of the high school Tuleshova Gulmira\nEsengeldievna for the\nopportunity to perpetuate the memory of our colleague. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rahmatullaev Meirambek since childhood dreamed  of becoming a police officer, with all of his\nheart felt the purpose in the service to his Motherland, to the people, to the country. Therefore, after graduation, he continued\nhis study at the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev, and at the morrow of the University he was sent for further service in the police Department of\nAlmaty, where skilfully applied the received knowledge and acquired skills.\nDuring the tragic events, despite his age and short period of service in the Internal\nAffairs bodies, the young officer did not doubt and sacrificed his life for the\nsake of many people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decree of the President of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan dated December 5, 2016 No. 382 police Lieutenant Rakhmatullaev\nMeirambek Nurdillaevich posthumously\nawarded the order \u00abAibyn II degree\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name of our hero is one of\nthe countless examples of heroism, courage and dedication shown daily by the\npolice in the fight against crime for the sake of peace of our citizens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We express our gratitude to the parents of Rakhmatullayev\nMeirambek Nurdillayevich for raising a worthy son who, without fear of danger,\nat the cost of his own life provided peace and security of citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
