On April 4, 2019 the faculty of the Department of\nGeneral legal disciplines together with the Institute was held II stage of the\nintellectual competition \u00abWhat? Where? When?\u00bb in the framework of the\ninternational scientific-theoretical conference \u00abActual problems of modern\nscience\u00bb in the light of the Message of the First President of the Republic of\nKazakhstan N.Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan \u00abGrowth in prosperity of\nKazakhstan\u2019s people: increase in earnings and quality of life\u00bb in the framework\nof the Year of youth and 150 years of the city of Aktobe held on the basis of\nAktobe law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a salutatory word to participants of the\nintellectual competition was welcomed by the Deputy head of ALI of the Ministry\nof Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev for\nacademic affairs, candidate of legal Sciences, police Lieutenant Colonel\nSuleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the intellectual competition \u00abWhat?Where?When?\u00bb was\nattended by 8 teams consisting of students and cadets of Universities of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan, namely the team \u00abBirlik\u00bb of Aktobe law Institute of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev, \u00abZanger\u00bb team of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, a team of \u00abExperts-investigators\u00bb\nof Karaganda Academy of the MIA of Republic of Kazakhstan named after B.\nBeisenov, the \u00abMindet\u00bb the team from Kostanay MIA Academy of the Republic of\nKazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, \u00abAviators\u00bb team of the Military Institute\nof air defense forces named after Talgat Begeldinov, \u00abTeen Lawyers\u00bb team of\nAktobe regional state University named after K. Zhubanov, team \u00abDe Jure\u00bb team\nof Kazakh-Russian international University and team \u00abYurledi\u00bb team of Aktobe\nUniversity named after Saktagan Baishev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contest was judged by a jury composed of the\nChairman of the court \u21163 of  Aktobe  city Amankulova Nazira Uljabaevna, member of\nthe Board of veterans of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry ofIinternal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev Ilaikov Temirbai\nUsenovich, member of the Aktobe regional maslikhat, Dovmatenko Dmitry\nAdamovich, chief specialist of the Department corruption prevention of the\nAgency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and\nanti-corruption in the Aktobe region Kaldybayev Nurtore Zaidullauly and\nspecialist of youth resource center of the Aktobe city Baiterekova Elmira Ivanovna.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition consisted of 5 rounds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 1 \u2014 greeting teams (name, emblem and motto of the team).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 2 \u2014 \u00abHot-seat questions\u00bb, video questions (international law,\nconstitutional law and human rights).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 2 \u2014 competition of captains (knowledge of the state and its\ncapital).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 4 \u2014 homework (within the framework of international law and\nconstitutional law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 5 \u2014 music competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the intellectual competition \u2014 the\ndevelopment of cadets (students) theoretical thinking, the formulation of\nconcepts, the implementation of basic mental operations, the promotion of civil\nand patriotic upbringing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All participants of the intellectual competition\nshowed good knowledge and theoretical training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the results of the intellectual\ncompetition, the first place was taken by the team \u00abBirlik\u00bb of Aktobe law\nInstitute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev, the second place \u2014 the team \u00abAviators\u00bb of the\nMilitary Institute of air defense forces named after Talgat Begeldinov and the\nthird place \u2014 the team \u00abTeen Lawyers\u00bb team of Aktobe regional state University\nnamed after K. Zhubanov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the captains contest was acknowledged as the best\ncaptain of the team \u00abTeen Lawyers\u00bb Islamov Tair, in the category \u00abBest\nparticipant of the game\u00bb Toleugaliev Aslan from the team \u00abBirlik\u00bb, which was\nawarded a memorable wristwatch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other categories as \u00abBest homework\u00bb was acknowledged\nteam \u00abDe Jure\u00bb, \u00abFor the best musical number\u00bb was acknowledged team \u00abAviators\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the results of intellectual competition,\nthe Chairman of the court \u21163 of Aktobe city Amankulova Nazira Olzhabaevna awarded\nwinners with diplomas, and symbols of the game \u00abWhat? Where? When?\u00bb the\nstatuettes in the form of an owl. The rest of the participants were awarded\nprizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
