April 4, 2019 in the framework of the international\nscientific-theoretical conference \u00abActual problems of modern science\u00bb in the\nlight of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbaev\nto the  people of Kazakhstan \u00abGrowth in\nprosperity of Kazakhstan\u2019s people: increase in earnings and quality of life\u00bb,\ndedicated to the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city, for cadets (students), graduates of\ndepartmental educational institutions of Almaty Academy of the MIA of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov, Karaganda\nAcademy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov, Kostanay Academy of the MIA of the Republic of\nKazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev, Omsk Academy\nof the MIA of Russia., as well as Aktobe\nRegional State University named after K. Zhubanov, Military Institute of Air Defence\nForces named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov, Baishev University, in Aktobe law Institute of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev,\nin the framework of the scientific-practical school by teaching staff of the\nDepartment of criminal process and criminalistics were conducted practical\nexercises on training ranges: \u00abCarriage\u00bb, \u00abApartment\u00bb, \u00abShop\u00bb on the theme \u00ab Inspection of the scene and initial\ninvestigative actions<\/strong>\u00bb. The following issues were considered and\npractically worked out with the participation of cadets(students) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.The beginning of pre-trial investigation, forms of\ninvestigation. Unified register of pre-trial investigation. Conduct of\nelectronic criminal cases (venue – criminal Laboratory).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Application of modern information technologies in\nthe course of detection and investigation of crimes \u00abin hot pursuit\u00bb using the\ntraining program \u00abVirtual inspection of the scene\u00bb and \u00abSketch\u00bb (venue –\ninformation technology class).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Fixation of the course and the results of the\ninspection of the scene with the help of photography. External examination of\nthe corpse at the place of its detection. Other types of investigative\ninspection, inspection of objects (place – training ground \u00abCarriage\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Rules for detecting, fixing and removing traces of\ndisplays: a)traces of hands, b)footprints; C)traces of vehicles; d)traces of\nhacking tools and tools. Forensic study of locks and seals (venue – training\ngrounds: \u00abApartment\u00bb, \u00abShop\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the framework of the practical training the\nstudents acquainted with the profession of the criminalist, investigator,\ninvestigator, testing the number of forensic techniques, including the\npreparation of sketch, technical studies, fingerprinting, crime scene\nexamination, autopsy and some other investigative actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
