April 4, 2019\nlecturer of the Department of administrative law and administrative activities\nof the Department of Internal Affairs of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry\nof Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev,\npolice Major S. R. Kalipova held a practical lesson on the topic \u00abPrevention\nand suppression of administrative offenses at transport facilities\u00bb for cadets,\nstudents, undergraduates, adjuncts, within the framework of the scientific and\npractical school of law participating in the international conference \u00abTopical\nissues of modern science\u00bb in the light of the Message of the First President of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbaev to the people of Kazakhstan \u00abGrowth\nin prosperity of Kazakhstan\u2019s people: increase in earnings and quality of life\u00bb,\ndedicated to the Year of youth and the 150th anniversary of Aktobe city, who\narrived from Karaganda Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan named\nafter B. Beisenov, Almaty Academy of the MIA of the Republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M.Esbulatov, Kostanay Academy of the MIA of the Republic of\nKazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev and Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The class was\nconducted with the aim of expanding, deepening and consolidation of students\nknowledge on the legal status, organizational strength to build bodies of Internal\nAffairs on transport, the protection of public order and public security on\ntransport, the development of skills of application of norms of administrative\nlaw for specific situations, and drafting legal documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lesson was\ndivided into two parts. The first part was held in the Assembly hall, where the\nlecturer told about the features of security at the facilities of water, air\nand rail transport. She cited the most common offenses and crimes committed at\ntransport facilities, while students worked with the code of the Republic of\nKazakhstan on administrative law violations, where the method of independent\nsearch of the necessary articles determined the qualification of an offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second part of\nthe lesson was held at a special transport range, where practical work was\nmeaningful and active in the form of role-playing games. The object of the\nsimulation were themselves trained as police squads to accompany the passenger\ntrain. Then the General introductory task concerning the offenses committed on\ntransport on which they could give the correct decision was given and fill in\nthe report on detection in the car by a patrol detail on maintenance of the\npassenger train of a corpse of the woman with signs of violent death. The\nmaterials on the incident were transferred to the landfill arrived is\ninvestigative-task force, which was made by the teachers of the Department of\ncriminal process and criminalistics Institute, take over the following classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
