On April 5,\n2019 on the basis of the Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev held the\ninternational scientific-theoretical conference \u00abActual problems of modern science\u00bb in the light of the Address of the First\nPresident of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of\nKazakhstan \u00abGrowth in prosperity of Kazakhstan\u2019s people: increase in earnings\nand quality of life\u00bb within the Year of youth and the 150th<\/sup>\nanniversary of Aktobe city for cadets (students), magistrands, adjuncts and\ncandidates for a  doctor\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the conference was to create conditions\nfor the participants of the conference to discuss the current problems in the\nfield of law at the professional level, as well as to stimulate research\ncapabilities, to discuss in full the directions for improving legislation and\nexchange scientific results of research and international experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nconference was attended by students of Aktobe Regional State University named\nafter K. Zhubanov, Baishev University, cadets of the Omsk Academy of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Karaganda Academy of the Ministry of\nInternal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named  after B. Beysenov, Kostanai\nAcademy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named\nafter S. Kabylbaev, Military Institute of Air Defence Forces named after twice\nHero of the Soviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov, Aktobe  Law Institute of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the RK named after M. Bukenbaev and also\nmagistrands and cadets of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbolatov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In total,\n250 reports were announced at the conference. The plenary session included 8\nspeakers and was held together with Omsk Academy of the Ministry of internal\nAffairs of Russia, Ufa law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of\nRussia and Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia\nonline with presentations of research projects, advanced developments in the\nfield of fundamental and applied research in the field of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nmoderator of the plenary session were the chairman of the cadet scientific\nsociety, cadet of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course, police junior sergeant\nOrazgaliev Dias Rolanuly .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout\nthe conference there was a friendly working, business atmosphere, where a \u00abfree\nmicrophone\u00bb worked so that each participant could speak and ask questions. The\nwork of the plenary session began at 10:00 and ended at 12:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, it\nshould be noted that, due to the personal interest and responsibility of each\nparticipant, the work of the sections was held at a high scientific level. The\nreports presented by the participants were accompanied by slides and were of\npractical nature. For each section proposals were made, recommendations,\nindicating new approaches and ways to solve certain problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end\nof the plenary session, the moderators of the sections made presentations on\ntheir work and presented candidates for nominations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus,\naccording to the section \u00abActual issues of administrative law and\nadministrative activity\u00bb, the report of I. Duzbaeva the 2nd<\/sup> year\nstudent of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov was acknowledged\nas the best report. In the section \u00abProblems and prospects of improvement of\ncriminal, criminal and Executive legislation and criminology\u00bb, was acknowledged\nas the best, report of A. Abdukadyr cadet of the 3rd<\/sup> course of Almaty\nAcademy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named\nafter M.Esbolatov and report of Z. Zabihova cadet of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course of Aktobe  Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs of the RK named after M. Bukenbaev. According to the section \u00abTopical\nissues on the problems of disclosure and investigation of crimes\u00bb the best\nreports were the report of the 5th<\/sup> course cadet of the Omsk Academy\nof the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, ordinary police A. Aubakirova\nand cadet of the 3rd<\/sup> course of the Karaganda Academy of the Ministry\nof Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after B. Beisenov A. Adyrshaeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the\nsection \u00abTheoretical foundations of public-legal and civil-legal development\u00bb\nthe best reports acknowledged the report of cadet of 4th<\/sup> course of\nthe Military Institute of Air Defence Forces named after twice Hero of the\nSoviet Union T. Ya. Begeldinov M. Iskakbayev and report of cadet of 2nd<\/sup>\ncourse of the Kostanai Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbaev A. Kenzhegalieva. In the\nsection \u00abPsycho-pedagogical bases of special training\u00bb the best acknowledged\nreport of cadet of 4th<\/sup> course of Omsk Academy of the MIA of Russia Zh.\nMelis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to\nthe plenary session the best report was acknowledged the report of the student\nof Baishev University A.Serikkyzy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result\nof this event, Deputy head of the institute for academic affairs, PhD in Law,  police colonel Suleymanova Galiya Zhanabekovna\nand chairman of the cadet scientific society of the Aktobe law institute of the\nMinistry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev, cadet of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course, police junior sergeant\nOrazgaliev Dias Rolanuly noted the successful fruitful work of the conference\nand wished good luck. At the end of the event, the participants of the\nconference were awarded with diplomas, certificates and memorable gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
