March 29,\n2019 in the framework of the Roadmap for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021 years, as well as in accordance with the agreement on\ncooperation between Aktobe regional state university named after K. Zhubanov and departments of the\nAktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev\nwere organized practical classes for students of ARSU named after K.\nZhubanov.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students\nwere clearly demonstrated the functionality of the forensic laboratory and the\nforensic test site, considered the tactical and technical characteristics of\nthe Makarov pistol and Kalashnikov assault rifle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecturer of the department of criminal process and criminalistics police Major S. M. Minaidarov held a practical class on the topic \u00abCriminalistic doctrine about traces (trace evidence)\u00bb. The goal of this lesson practical skills for handling, inspection, fixing and withdrawal of traces of motion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assistant\nProfessor of ALaAA of IAB, police Colonel\nL. S. Malaniena held a review\nlecture on the topic: \u00abActivities of the IAB to ensure public order and security of citizens\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose\nof the learning of this subject is\nto ensure that students have acquired in-depth knowledge about the nature and\nimportance of administrative activities of IAB for the protection of public order and safety of\ncitizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the\nstudy of this subject, students have acquired skills and abilities in practical\norganization and implementation of various types of administrative activities,\nperformance of duties for the protection of public order and public safety,\nprotection of subjective rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens of Kazakhstan, the legal status of law\nenforcement, order and features of interaction with other state bodies and the\npublic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the purpose of career guidance among students, the head of the Department of ALaAA of IAB, police Major E. K. Balymov read a report on the formation of law enforcement agencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and showed the film \u00abOne day in the life of a cadet\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
