March 26, 2019 the head of transit police Department, police Colonel\nS.Zh. Sarsenov at the Aktobe station together with the head of\ninvestigation Department of TPD at the Aktobe station, police Major Taskenov\nD.N. conducted lectures on the \u00abInvestigation of thefts of cargo from rolling\nstock\u00bb for the cadets of the faculty of full-time education in order to\nstrengthen practice-oriented educational process of Universities of the MIA and\nwithin the framework of the implementation of the roadmap for the modernization\nof the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 2019-2021\nyears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the lecture S.Zh. Sarsenov highlighted the topical issues of\norganization of activity of TPD to ensure public order and security of cargo\nand personal property of citizens on objects of railway and air transport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The choice of the topic, from police Colonel S.Zh. Sarsenov\nperspective, due to the fact that most common crimes committed by rail remain\ntheft. In his opinion, this is due to the considerable length of railway\nroutes, round-the-clock operation of railway transport, the large number of\ntechnological operations for the processing of transported goods, the\nconcentration of a large number of inventory items on railway transport\nfacilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the lecture the head of ID TPD at the Aktobe station D. N. Taskenov\nmore in detail stopped on questions of methodology of the investigation of\ntheft of cargo from rolling stock, emphasized the procedural aspects of\nsecuring evidence, investigative actions and examinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture was informative, examples from practice were given. Cadets\nand teachers of the Department of OIA showed interest, actively participated in\nthe conversation, asked questions, shared their vision. In the final part of\nthe lecture, police Colonel S. Zh. Sarsenov summed up, made recommendations and\nsuggestions, and also pointed out that the conduct of such practice-oriented\nlectures and the study of positive experience of TPD undeniable benefits in the\ntraining of cadets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
