March 23,\n2019 head of the police Department of Aktobe region, Candidate of Juridical\nSciences, the police major\nGeneral M.Kh. Abisatov,\ndespite his busy schedule, in order to strengthen the practice-orientation of\nthe educational process of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Universities held a\nregular lesson on operational investigative activities for cadets of the\nfaculty of full-time training of the Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of\nInternal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev carried\nout in the framework of the implementation of the Road map for the\nmodernization of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to\n2019-2021 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his\nlecture, police major General M.Kh. Abisatov highlighted topical issues of the\noperational units of the PD, the use of forms and methods of OIA and advanced\ntechnologies in the fight against crime, including organized crime, extremist\norganizations, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture\nwas informative, examples from personal practice were given, cadets and present\nteachers of the Department of OIA showed interest, actively participated in the\nconversation, asked questions, shared their vision. In the final part of the\nlecture, police major General M.Kh. Abisatov summed up, made a number of\nrecommendations and suggestions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\naddition, the head of the PD of Aktobe region, police major General M.Kh.\nAbisatov visited the recently opened front office on the territory of the\nInstitute in order to get acquainted with its work, which was opened within the\nframework of the Road map for the modernization of the internal affairs bodies\nof the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019-2021years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
