March 16,\n2019 by the head of the police Department of Aktobe region, Candidate of\nJuridical Sciences the police Major General M.Kh.\nAbisatov within the framework of the implementation of the Roadmap for the\nmodernization of the Internal Affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan for\nthe 2019-2021years, in order to strengthen practice-oriented educational\nprocess of universities of Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted lectures on\nthe topic of \u00abCriminal color. Criminal environment management system by\ncriminal leaders\u00bb for the facultymembers and cadets of the faculty of full-time\neducation of Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan named after M. Bukenbaev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police\nMajor General M.Kh. Abisatov was one of the first\nin Kazakhstan who defended his thesis on \u00abCriminal law and criminological\nproblems of combating organized crime in the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb, during\nhis lecture he highlighted the current issues of the police Department\nservices, the use of advanced technologies in the fight against offenses,\nincluding organized crime, as well as the issues of police interaction with the\npublic and other organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the\nlecture, the issues of criminal subculture, specific ideology, its significance\nand role in the criminal world and in society as a whole, measures to combat\nthe criminal environment of the city were discussed. Examples from practice\nwere given. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture\nwas informative, the cadets showed interest, actively participated in the\nconversation, asked questions, shared their vision. In the final part of the\nlecture, candidate Juridical Sciences, police Major General M. Kh. Abisatov\nsummed up the results, made recommendations and mutual wishes. He also generally\nnoted the good theoretical preparedness of the cadets of the  ALI MIA of RK n.a. M. Bukenbaev and said that\nthe conduct of practice-oriented lectures and the study of positive practical\nexperience will bring undeniable benefits in the training of future police\nofficers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
