As part of\nthe Road map for the modernization of the Internal Affairs bodies of the\nRepublic of Kazakhstan for 2019 – 2021, in order to strengthen the interaction\nof territorial police units with the universities of the Ministry of Internal\nAffairs on the practice-orientation of the educational process, the head of the\ntransit police Department at the Aktobe station, police Colonel S. Zh.Sarsenov\ntogether with the teaching staff of the Department of OIA of Aktobe law\nInstitute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic of Kazakhstan\nnamed after M. Bukenbaev for cadets of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course on March 15, 2019 conducted practical\ntraining on the subject of \u00abOperational investigative activities\u201d with the use\nof elements of psychotechnology (profiling) in conditions close to reality, to\nconsolidate the theoretical knowledge and practical skills and abilities to\nidentify, prevent and suppress criminal and administrative offenses on the\nobjects of railway transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 During the training, the head of the TPD at\nthe Aktobe station, police Colonel S. Zh.Sarsenov highlighted the activities of\nthe transit police Department in transport, the complexity of the transport police\nin connection with the length of the railway sections, the use of advanced\ntechnologies in the fight against offenses, in addition, issues of interaction\nwith the public and other organizations of railway transport were raised. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With\nstudents in real conditions were fulfilled actions to identify and prevent\ntheft of personal property of citizens, fraud, immigration, public order,\nwanted criminals etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result\nof the practical training, a number of mistakes made by the cadets in the\ndevelopment of practical actions were pointed out. Recommendations and mutual\nwishes were expressed. Head of the TPD at the station of Aktobe, police Colonel\nS.Zh. Sarsenov in general noted good theoretical preparedness of cadets of ALI\nMIA of RK n.a. M. Bukenbaev, and also pointed out that the conduct of\npractice-oriented classes with students and the study of the positive\nexperience of the transit police Department on transport while training at ALI\nof MIA of RK. n.a. M. Bukenbaev will bring undeniable benefits in the training\nof future police officers of the new format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
