As part of the international academic mobility program about carrying\nout classes and exchange of experience in the field of education and science\nbetween the Orenburg State University and Aktobe law Institute of the Ministry\nof internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev,candidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna26.02.2019\nyear for cadets of 102 training group 1 \u00abB\u00bb course from 14:30 to 15:10 o’clock\nwas held a class on discipline \u00abLaw Enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan\u00bb on the\ntheme \u00abthe Activities of law enforcement and protection of the rights and\nfreedoms of man and citizen\u00bb, which addressed the following 2 questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.The concept and essence of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– classification of fundamental human and civil rights and freedoms;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– mechanism for the protection of human rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Main features, tasks and directions of law enforcement activity in\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– the purpose of law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– law enforcement process in the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– signs of law enforcement activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– subjects of law enforcement activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
–\nthe main directions of law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
