Bukenbaev,\nassociated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law and\nconstitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic Sciences\nMaksimenko Elena Ivanovna for cadets of 104, 105 trainig groups of 1 course\nfrom 09:00 to 09:40 hours were held classes on the discipline \u00abLaw Enforcement\nagencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb on the theme \u00abActivities of law\nenforcement and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen\u00bb,\nwhich addressed the following 2 questions: 1) concept and essence of the rights\nand freedoms of man and citizen;2) the main features, objectives and directions\nof law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 09:50 to 10:30 o’clock was conducted a class for 102 training group\nof 1 \u00abB\u00bb course on the subject \u00abCivil procedure law of the Republic of\nKazakhstan\u00bb on the theme \u00abInternational process\u00bb,which addressed the following\n2 questions:1) proceedings in civil cases with participation of foreign\npersons;2) jurisdictional immunity of a foreign state and its property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From 10:40to 11: 20 o’clockwas held a lecture for 204, 205 training\ngroups of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course on the subject \u00abCivil law of the Republic of\nKazakhstan (Special part)\u00bb on topic \u00abContract and gratuitous use of property\n(loan)\u00bb,which dealt with the following 3 issues: 1) the concept and types of\ncontract; 2) elements of the contract; 3) the content of the contract.Gratuitous\nuse of property (loan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lectures taught by associated Professor of the Department of theory of\nstate and law and constitutional law of the Orenburg State University,\ncandidate of pedagogic Sciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna, were kept in a\nstrict logical form and fully consistent with the work program of disciplines.\nThe structure of the lectures is clear, during the lectures were considered all\nthe issues on the topics. The time of lectures was distributed rationally.\nElena Ivanovna is fluent in the scientific material, led the arguments in the\nproof of existing concepts, commented on examples from practice. The\npresentation of the lecture material was carried out with multimedia support in\nthe form of electronic slides, in which the topics under consideration are\nclearly presented in the form of drawings, diagrams and graphs, which\nfacilitated the perception and development of the newly studied material by the\ncadets. To clarify certain aspects of the lectures was used by the Board. The\nmanner of the lecture was fascinating, lively, the culture of speech is quite\nhigh. During the presentation of the material by the lecturer throughout the\nlesson in order to establish feedback from the audience and consolidate the\nknowledge gained, attention was paid to the participation of cadets in the\ndiscussion of the issues under consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
