{"id":13428,"date":"2019-03-01T08:00:01","date_gmt":"2019-03-01T08:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aui-aktobe.kz\/?p=13428"},"modified":"2019-03-12T12:15:29","modified_gmt":"2019-03-12T12:15:29","slug":"haly%D2%9Baraly%D2%9B-akademiyaly%D2%9B-%D2%B1t%D2%9Byrly%D2%9B-ba-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/auimvd.edu.kz\/en\/haly%D2%9Baraly%D2%9B-akademiyaly%D2%9B-%D2%B1t%D2%9Byrly%D2%9B-ba-2\/","title":{"rendered":"About carrying out seminars within the program of  the international academic mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Within the framework of the international academic mobility program about\ncarrying out classes and exchange of experience in the field of education and\nscience between the Orenburg State University and Aktobe law Institute of the\nMinistry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.\nBukenbaev, associated Professor of the Department of theory of state and law\nand constitutional law of the Orenburg State University, candidate of pedagogic\nSciences Maksimenko Elena Ivanovna 28.02.2019 year for cadets of 102 training\ngroup of 1 \u00abB\u00bb course from 09:00 to 09:40 o&#8217;clock seminar was held on the\nsubject \u00abCivil procedure law of the Republic of Kazakhstan\u00bb on the theme \u00abInternational\nprocess\u00bb, which addressed the following 3 questions: 1)the legal status of\nforeign citizens, organizations and persons without citizenship in civil\nproceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) the competence of the courts of\nthe Republic of Kazakhstan on Affairs with participation of foreign persons; 3)\nrecognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts, arbitral awards of\nforeign arbitrations.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>From 09:50 to 10:30 o&#8217;clock was held\u0430seminar for 204, 205 training groups of 2 \u00ab\u0410\u00bb course on the subject \u00abCivil law of the Republic of\nKazakhstan (Special part)\u00bb on \u00abcontract And gratuitous use of property (loan)\u00bb,which\ndealt with the following 3 issues: 1) the concept and types of contract; 2)\nelements of the contract; 3) the content of the contract.
