\n Moderator on the part of Institute spoke the head of the intelligence operations department, Police Major K.E.Karataev.
\n On the part of Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Esbulatov as a moderator spoke the head of scientific research center Police Colonel A.N.Tsoi.
\n In this research-to-practice conference an opening speech was made by deputy manager of Aktobe Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M.Bukenbaev, Police Colonel G.Zh.Suleimanova., a report was made by deputy director of intelligence operation department, Police Major K.E.Karataev on theme \u00abTopical issues of investigation work of the Department of Internal Affairs at the present time \u00bb.
\n In the works of conference discussed topical issues of investigation work of the Department of Internal Affairs totally, issues of development of criminal tracking, committed a criminal act, disappearing of consequence, pre-trial investigation and judgment, missing person, and identification of unknown, upon which the participants exchanged views and experience.<\/p>\n
